Conditional Letters of Admission

Thank you for your interest in Middle Tennessee State University.  We certainly understand the need for Conditional Letters of Admission (CLAs), and to meet the increased number of inquiries we have established a simple protocol to request one.  Please follow the steps below.

• Complete and submit the online application for admission
  (Incomplete submissions cannot be processed.)
  
• Submit scanned copies of all university transcripts* and passport information page to internationalgrad@mtsu.edu or to the Admissions Materials Upload link, or hard copies via post to

• Pay US$150 at our Graduate Studies secure online transaction page.

Once the above three steps are completed, we will review the request for conditional admission and create the CLA if the student is academically admissible.  Please be aware that, if issued, only one change can be made for a Conditional Letter of Admission.  If more than one change is requested, additional fees will be assessed.

*Official copies of all transcripts are required for final admission to the College of Graduate Studies. A third-party evaluation by a National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) member organization is required for all international transcripts. The evaluation must be received directly from the evaluating organization.
